Orders and Shipping
Depending on your location it takes around 1 – 5 busines days for your order to arrive at your home.
You can create an account on the top left of the website.
Did you fill in the wrong address? If your order has not been completed yet you can contact us via email or phone to adjust your shipping address.
You will be updated via email, but you can also track your orders if you made have an account.
We only store information we need to store by law.
All our prices are incl. your country TAX. For orders outside Europe we do not charge sales tax.
We do ship worldwide, unfortunly there are some countries we cannot ship to.
Depending on the stock status of the ordered products we will ship your order in one package.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
All items that are not part of the NCNR can be returned if unused within 30 days after receivement.
If you received a wrong product please contact us via email so we can create a return label.
If you received a faulty or damages products please contact us via email.
Once you applied a return you will receive a return number and address detail where you can return the package to.
