Depending on our stock and your location. If the product you ordered is in stock, we will ship it the same day. It takes around 1-5 days for your package to arrive.
All products that are unused with exeption of Helium Hotspots can be returned within 30 days.
Just sent us an message with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed we can change the shipping address.

We do our best to ship to all placed since we do ship WorldWide. Unfortunly for some countries we cannot ship with our shipping agent.
